Delivery Address

Currently, Bullbat.net only ships orders to the USA (The states of Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are excluded due to the inability of our shipping couriers), and does not ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

A correct and complete delivery address is essential. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee.

Shipping Time

(1) Shipment Processing Time

All Bullbat orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

(2) Transportation Time

All Bullbat packages shipped via free shipping service are normally delivered within 7-10 business days after placing the order. If you choose a faster shipping service, then the transportation time will be shortened accordingly.

Shipping Fee

Free shipping on all orders within the USA(The states of Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are excluded). You have the options to pay additional cost for faster shipping service.

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Shipping Couriers & Status
